HI-TECHSION
HI-TECHSION (T.M. No.5016384) is made of Silicone resin combined with PU Hot Melt Glue
Film which was developed by the new technology, and it excels in flexibility and abrasion
resistance.
It was originally developed for the knee/elbow pad of wetsuits, however they are currently used for other purposes such as non-slippery purpose of cuff/ankle of clothing, pumps etc.
It can be applied on fabric such as Nylon, Polyester, Cotton etc. by a heat press machine easily.
However, HI-TECHSION before heating is not sticky, so you can punch or cut and keep them
in stock.
And, it excels in abrasion resistance and flexibility, so it can be used for the several reinforcement purpose, such as knee, shoulder, elbow pads or logos etc.
As it is made of silicone, it excels environmentally and safe for human body.

In 0.3mm thickness as a standard and keep them in stock, but please ask us about
the production lot and delivery time for other thickness or color patterns.

■Directions for use
- As was mentioned above, our simple HI-TECHSION may be easily welded onto a variety of fabrics. However, note the following to ensure the better results.
- Welding temperature indicates the one needed to dissolve the welding adhesive on the sheet.
It is important to implement a test in advance as welding pressure and time may vary depending upon structure of a welded material (i.e. whether it is nonporous like membrane or porous like cloth surface).
Materials coated by silicon or acrylic resin, or hairy pile may not be strongly welded. - HI-TECHSION may stick on the upper heat plate, so we suggest to put a Teflon (or Silicone) sheet on the sheet at an application by heat pressing.
